HEALTH SERVICES (SUPPORTED RESIDENTIAL SERVICES) ACT 2004 (NO 18 OF 2004) - SECT 18
Offence to carry on business if establishment or proprietor is not registered
In section 111(b) of the Principal Act, after
"establishment" insert "or a certificate of renewal of registration of the
establishment".
