JUDICIAL ENTITLEMENTS ACT 2015 (NO. 29 OF 2015) - SECT 66
Appropriation of certain amounts in relation to reserve associate judges
At the end of section 17KH of the County Court Act 1958 insert —
"(2) In this section, non-salary benefits has the
same meaning as it has in clause 3(5) and (6) of Schedule 1A to the Public
Administration Act 2004 .".
