Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if the Planning Minister invites comments and submissions from the public under a notice published in accordance with section 31(1)(b).
(2) Despite section 30(2), the Planning Minister must prepare the scoping directions within 15 business days after the last day of the period stated in the notice published in accordance with section 31(1)(b).
