RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 45 OF 2018) - SECT 256
Offence to give notice to leave or purported notice to leave without reasonable grounds
For the penalty at the foot of section 368A of the Principal Act
substitute —
"Penalty: 150 penalty units.".
