SUPPORTED RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (PRIVATE PROPRIETORS) ACT 2010 (NO. 49 OF 2010) - SECT 120
Offence to require more than 28 days notice of intention to leave supported residential service
A proprietor must not require a resident to give more than 28 days notice of a
resident's intention to vacate the supported residential service.
Penalty: 10 penalty units, in the case of a natural person;
50 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
