SUPPORTED RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (PRIVATE PROPRIETORS) ACT 2010 (NO. 49 OF 2010) - SECT 14

Application for registration

    (1)     A person who intends to be the proprietor of a supported residential service may apply to the Secretary for registration of premises as a supported residential service.

    (2)     An application for registration must—

        (a)     contain the prescribed information; and

        (b)     be accompanied by the prescribed fee (if any); and

        (c)     be accompanied by the prescribed documents (if any).
