SUPPORTED RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (PRIVATE PROPRIETORS) ACT 2010 (NO. 49 OF 2010) - SECT 152
Offence to obstruct or hinder
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct or hinder
an authorised officer who is exercising a power under this Act or the
regulations.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
