Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Secretary may issue a compliance notice to a proprietor requiring the proprietor to remedy a matter specified in the compliance notice if the Secretary believes on reasonable grounds that the proprietor has contravened or is contravening a provision of this Act or the regulations.
(2) The Secretary may issue a compliance notice to a proprietor requiring the proprietor to remedy a matter specified in the compliance notice if the Secretary believes on reasonable grounds that the proprietor has contravened an undertaking.
