Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), an administrator appointed to manage and operate a supported residential service is not required to continue to manage or operate that supported residential service if the administrator, after undertaking an assessment, determines that it is not financially viable to continue managing and operating that supported residential service.
(2) An administrator must not cease managing and operating a supported residential service that is not financially viable until the administrator has relocated all residents of that supported residential service to other suitable accommodation.
