SUPPORTED RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (PRIVATE PROPRIETORS) ACT 2010 (NO. 49 OF 2010) - SECT 225

Criteria for renewal of registration

(1) Section 89(f) of the Health Services Act 1988 is repealed .

(2) At the end of section 89 of the Health Services Act 1988 insert —

"(2) In this section, other health service establishment includes a supported residential service.".
