Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If a person is appointed as a director or other officer of the proprietor of a supported residential service that is a body corporate, the proprietor must apply to the Secretary within 7 days of the appointment for approval of that person as a suitable person to carry on, exercise control over or manage a supported residential service.
(2) An application under subsection (1) must—
(a) include the prescribed information; and
(b) be accompanied by the prescribed fee (if any); and
(c) be accompanied by the prescribed documents.
(3) The proprietor must give the Secretary any further information relating to the application under subsection (1) that the Secretary requests under Division 9 by the date specified in the request.
