Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) In section 75(2) of the Serious Sex Offenders (Detention and Supervision) Act 2009 , for "the offender's release on parole" substitute "the offender is released on parole or from remand".
(2) In section 75(3) of the Serious Sex Offenders (Detention and Supervision) Act 2009 , after "parole is not granted" insert "or the offender is ordered to serve a custodial sentence,".
