SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 102

The Regulator may disclose any information that it keeps or obtains in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this or another Act (however obtained) to a Panel or an authorised officer or independent investigator to enable the Panel, authorised officer or independent investigator to perform any function or exercise any power under this Part.
