SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 104

    (1)     The Regulator may give a direction to an authorised officer in relation to the performance of the authorised officer's functions or duties or the exercise of the authorised officer's powers under this Act.

    (2)     A direction given under subsection (1) may—

        (a)     be of a general nature; or

        (b)     relate to a specific matter or specified class of matter.
