(1) A person may complain to the Regulator about the exercise of a power by an authorised officer or independent investigator under this Act.
(2) A complaint under subsection (1) may be made—
(a) in writing; or
(b) in a form approved by the Regulator.
(3) The Regulator must—
(a) investigate any complaint made in accordance with subsection (2); and
(b) provide a written response to the complainant on the findings of the investigation.
