SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 123

Legal professional privilege and client legal privilege not affected

Nothing in this Act—

        (a)     entitles or requires an individual to disclose information that is the subject of legal professional privilege or client legal privilege; or

        (b)     affects the law or practice relating to legal professional privilege or client legal privilege.
