SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 137

An improvement notice requires a registered social service provider to remedy—

        (a)     a contravention of the conditions of registration; or

        (b)     a contravention of the Social Services Standards; or

        (c)     a contravention or likely contravention of a provision of this Act or the regulations.
