SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 139

An improvement notice must—

        (a)     state the Regulator's or the authorised officer's reasons for issuing the improvement notice; and

        (b)     specify the condition of registration, Social Services Standard or provision of this Act or the regulations that the Regulator or the authorised officer considers has been or is likely to be contravened; and

        (c)     specify the actions or measures that the registered social service provider is required to take and the date by which the actions or measures must be completed; and

        (d)     set out the penalty for contravening the improvement notice; and

        (e)     state how the registered social service provider may seek a review of the decision to issue the improvement notice; and

        (f)     specify any other prescribed details.
