Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) An improvement notice that specifies a time by which, or period within which, the improvement notice must be complied with continues to have effect until the improvement notice is complied with even though the time has passed or the period has expired.
(2) An improvement notice that does not specify a time by which, or period within which, the improvement notice must be complied with continues to have effect until the improvement notice is complied with.
(3) This section does not apply to the extent that any requirement under an improvement notice is revoked.
(4) Nothing in this section affects the powers of the Regulator with respect to the enforcement of an improvement notice.
