SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 147

Certification that activity is no longer prohibited

A prohibition notice continues in force until the Regulator or an authorised officer certifies in writing that the activity specified in the notice is no longer prohibited.
