Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsAn enforceable undertaking is a written undertaking given by a registered social service provider and accepted by the Regulator, by which the registered social service provider undertakes to take certain actions, or refrain from taking certain actions, to comply with this Act or the regulations.
