(1) An enforceable undertaking accepted by the Regulator under section 153 must be in writing and signed by the Regulator and the registered social service provider offering the undertaking.
(2) The enforceable undertaking must specify—
(a) the day on which the enforceable undertaking takes effect; and
(b) the provisions of this Act or the regulations that have been contravened by the registered social service provider; and
(c) the actions or measures to be taken by the registered social service provider and the period within which the actions or measures are to be completed; and
(d) whether the registered social service provider is required to do any of the following—
(i) cause a copy of the enforceable undertaking to be displayed—
(A) in a conspicuous place, whether online or at a premises occupied by the registered social service provider; and
(B) in a manner that invites public attention;
(ii) give a copy of the enforceable undertaking to any person or class of person; and
(e) any compensation to be paid by the registered social service provider to the Regulator or any other person for costs incurred to remedy the registered social service provider's contravention of this Act or the regulations; and
(f) any other prescribed details.
(3) An enforceable undertaking takes effect on the day that the Regulator accepts the undertaking or on any later day specified in the undertaking.
