(1) The Regulator must notify a registered social service provider of—
(a) the Regulator's decision to accept or refuse an enforceable undertaking from the registered social service provider; and
(b) the Regulator's reasons for doing so.
(2) If the Regulator accepts an enforceable undertaking from a registered social service provider, the Regulator must record in the Register—
(a) the name of the registered social service provider; and
(b) the date the enforceable undertaking was signed and took effect; and
(c) the Regulator's reasons for accepting the enforceable undertaking; and
(d) a copy of the enforceable undertaking.
