SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 156

    (1)     The registered social service provider, at any time with the consent of the Regulator, may withdraw or vary the enforceable undertaking.

    (2)     If the enforceable undertaking is     withdrawn or varied under subsection (1), the Regulator must     record in the Register—

        (a)     details of the withdrawal or variation; and    

        (b)     the Regulator's reasons for consenting to the withdrawal or variation.
