A public warning notice must—
(a) be in writing; and
(b) be dated; and
(c) state the Regulator's reasons for being satisfied of the matters specified in section 161; and
(d) include any other prescribed information; and
(e) be published—
(i) on the Internet site of the Regulator to be inspected free of charge; and
(ii) in any other form that the Regulator considers appropriate.
