An adverse publicity order requires an offender to take any specified action that the court considers reasonably necessary to—
(a) publicise any of the following—
(i) details of the offence against this Act or the regulations for which the offender was found guilty;
(ii) the impact of the offence on any person;
(iii) any penalties imposed, or other orders made, as a result of the commission of the offence;
(iv) any measures to be taken by the offender to prevent further contraventions of this Act or the regulations;
(v) any additional information the court considers appropriate; and
(b) notify a specified person or class of person of the matters listed in paragraph (a).
