Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If the Magistrates' Court finds a person guilty of an offence against this Act or the regulations, the Court may make an adverse publicity order in respect of the offender.
(2) The Magistrates' Court may make an adverse publicity order on its own initiative or on the application of the prosecutor.
