Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The appointment of an administrator under this Division has effect—
(a) if the administrator is appointed at the request of the registered social service provider, for the period agreed by the Regulator and the provider; and
(b) in any other case, subject to subsection (2), for the period, not exceeding 180 days, determined by the Regulator.
(2) Before the expiry of the period for which the appointment of an administrator has effect determined by the Regulator, the Regulator may extend the period of the appointment for any further period that the Regulator considers to be reasonably required to complete the administration.
