Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), an administrator appointed under this Division is not required to continue to manage or operate the provider if the administrator, after undertaking an assessment, determines that it is not financially viable to continue managing and operating that provider.
(2) An administrator must not cease managing and operating a provider of a residential service until the administrator has relocated all residents to other suitable accommodation.
