Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsDuring the administration period, the social service provider must not remove from the premises any equipment or other property (whether or not owned by the provider) which is reasonably necessary for the proper and efficient delivery of social services at the premises without the consent of the administrator.
Penalty: 60 penalty units, in the case of an individual;
300 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
