Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) During the administration period, the social service provider must not dispose of any interest of the provider in the premises of the provider, whether a freehold interest, a lease or a licence or similar proprietary interest without the consent of the administrator.
Penalty: 60 penalty units, in the case of an individual;
300 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.

Section 297 provides that this section is a civil penalty provision. The penalty for contravention of this civil penalty provision is set out in the table in section 297.
(2) The administrator must not unreasonably withhold consent to a disposal of an interest referred to in subsection (1).
