SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 194

A relevant agency must not collect and use information disclosed to the relevant agency under this Part, unless the information was disclosed—

        (a)     in the performance of a function, exercise of a power or fulfilment of a duty that relates to the safe delivery of social services or the protection of service users conferred on the relevant agency under this Act or any other Act; or

        (b)     for the purposes of section 193(2)(b) or (3)(b); or

        (c)     to otherwise promote the safe delivery of social services or the protection of service users.
