In this Division—
"authorised legal representative "of a person means an Australian legal practitioner who has been instructed by a person to receive documents on the person's behalf;
"restricted matter" means—
(a) any evidence or information obtained by or disclosed to the Regulator, a person employed or engaged by the Regulator under section 12, a Panel, an authorised officer or an independent investigator; or
(b) the contents of any document, or a description of any thing, produced to or obtained by the Regulator, a Panel, an authorised officer or an independent investigator; or
(c) the contents of any document, or description of any thing, which has been copied or seized by the Regulator, an authorised officer, or an independent investigator under Part 6; or
(d) the existence of, or any information about, a confidentiality notice; or
(e) the existence of, or any information about, a notice issued under section 109(2)(c) or a notice issued by a Panel under section 96, including the subject matter of any compliance monitoring or investigation to which the notice relates; or
(f) any information that could enable a person who has been, or is proposed to be, examined by, or who has produced or may produce any document or thing to, the Regulator, a Panel, an authorised officer or an independent investigator, to be identified or located; or
(g) the fact that a disclosure or a related disclosure has been made to the Regulator, a Panel, an authorised officer or an independent investigator under Division 2 of Part 4 or Division 4 of Part 8.
