SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 210

Exemption from Freedom of Information Act 1982 for Regulator or Panel

    (1)     The Freedom of Information Act 1982 does not apply to a document that is in the possession of the Regulator or a Panel, to the extent to which the document discloses protected information.

    (2)     In this section—

"document" has the same meaning as it has in section 5(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 .
