SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 218

A provider must not manage or control money of a resident without the written consent of the resident.

Penalty:     60 penalty units, in the case of an individual;

    300 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
