SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 257

On an application under section 256, VCAT may—

        (a)     make an order that the provider is entitled to retain the money or amount that is the subject of the application, including specifying the amount to which the provider is entitled; or

        (b)     make an order that the provider is not entitled to retain the money or amount that is the subject of the application and must refund the money or amount, including specifying the amount which the provider is to refund; or

        (c)     dismiss the application.
