SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 259

    (1)     A notice to vacate must be given to—

        (a)     the resident; and

        (b)     the person nominated (if any).

    (2)     In the case of a notice to vacate under section 261, 265, 266, 267 or 268, the provider must also notify the Secretary within the prescribed time of the notice to vacate being given.
