Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A provider may give a resident a notice to vacate the supported residential service if the resident by act or omission causes danger to any other resident or staff member of the supported residential service.
(2) A notice to vacate under subsection (1) may specify a termination date that is—
(a) the date on which the notice is given; or
(b) a later date.
