Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A provider may give a resident a notice to vacate the supported residential service if the resident's fees are more than 14 days in arrears.
(2) A notice to vacate under subsection (1) must specify a termination date that is not less than 14 days after the date on which the notice is given.
