Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A provider may give a resident a notice to vacate the supported residential service if the resident has used the supported residential service or permitted its use for any purpose that is illegal at common law or under any Act.
(2) A notice to vacate under subsection (1) must specify a termination date that is not less than 2 days after the date on which the notice is given.
