SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 269

A provider must not require a resident to vacate a supported residential service without providing appropriate notice to vacate in accordance with this Division.

Penalty:     20 penalty units, in the case of an individual;

    100 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
