An order to vacate must include—
(a) the day by which the resident must vacate the supported residential service (being a day not more than 30 days after the day on which the order to vacate is made and not earlier than the date specified under section 258(a)); and
(b) a direction to the resident to vacate the supported residential service by the day specified in the order to vacate; and
(c) a direction to the principal registrar of VCAT to issue a warrant to remove the resident from the supported residential service on the application of the provider; and
(d) a warning that, if the resident fails to comply with the direction under paragraph (b), the resident may be forcibly removed from the supported residential service by—
(i) a police officer; or
(ii) an authorised person executing a warrant.
