Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) An order to vacate is discharged if the applicant for the order does not apply for the issue of a warrant to remove the resident under section 280 within 6 months after the date of the order to vacate.
(2) A warrant to remove a resident lapses if the warrant is not executed within the time stated in the order to vacate.
(3) VCAT may, at any time, cancel a warrant to remove a resident.
