SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 288

    (1)     On receiving an application under section 286 , the Regulator may—

        (a)     affirm the decision to issue or amend the improvement notice or prohibition notice (as the case requires); or

        (b)     amend or revoke the improvement notice or prohibition notice; or

        (c)     make recommendations to the authorised officer who made the decision to issue or amend the improvement notice or prohibition notice.

    (2)     An authorised officer to whom recommendations are made under subsection (1)(c), having regard to those recommendations, may—

        (a)     affirm the decision to issue or amend the improvement notice or prohibition notice; or

        (b)     amend or revoke the improvement notice or prohibition notice.
