SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATION ACT 2021 (NO. 37 OF 2021) - SECT 309

A compliance code may apply, adopt or incorporate any matter contained in any document whether—

        (a)     wholly or partially or as amended by the code; or

        (b)     as in force at a particular time; or

        (c)     as in force from time to time.
