Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsIf, before the commencement of Part 5, the Suitability Panel determined under section 105 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 that an allegation that a person physically or sexually abused a child is proved, that determination is taken to be an exclusion decision for the purposes of this Act.
