Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If, immediately before the commencement of Part 3, a body is registered as a community service under section 46 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 , on and from that commencement that registration is taken to be a registration under section 23.
(2) If a registration continues in effect under subsection (1)—
(a) the registration is taken to be subject to the same conditions as those to which that registration was subject immediately before the commencement of Part 3; and
(b) the body is taken to be registered to provide the social services prescribed to be equivalent to the category of registration under section 47 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 in which the body was registered immediately before that commencement.
