Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsA secure welfare service established under section 44 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 that is being operated by the Secretary within the meaning of that Act immediately before the commencement of Part 3 is, on and from that commencement, taken to be registered under section 23 to provide the social services prescribed to be equivalent to the social services being provided immediately before that commencement.
