Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) As soon as practicable after the commencement of Part 3, the Secretary must disclose to the Regulator—
(a) any information held by the Secretary immediately before that commencement that relates to—
(i) a community service established under section 44 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 , whether or not it is established immediately before the commencement of Part 3; or
(ii) a community service that is registered under section 46 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 immediately before the commencement of Part 3; or
(iii) an application under Part 3.3 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 , that is made, but not finally determined, immediately before the commencement of Part 3; or
(iv) a decision made by the Secretary, within the meaning of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 , in relation to an application under Part 3.3 of that Act before the commencement of Part 3; and
(b) all information included on the register kept under section 54 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 immediately before the commencement of Part 3.
(2) The Regulator must, as soon as practicable after receiving the information referred to in subsection (1)(b), include that information on the Register.
(3) As soon as practicable after the commencement of Part 5, the Secretary must disclose to the Regulator any information held by the Secretary immediately before that commencement that relates to—
(a) a record under section 108 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 ; or
(b) an investigation under Part 3.4 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 that is decided to be warranted, but that is not completed, immediately before the commencement of Part 5.
