Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If, immediately before the commencement of Part 3, a person or body is registered as a disability service provider under section 41 of the Disability Act 2006 , on and from that commencement that registration is taken to be a registration under section 23 to provide the social services prescribed to be equivalent to the social services in relation to which the person or body was registered under that Act.
(2) If a registration continues in effect under subsection (1), it is taken to be subject to the same conditions as those to which the registration was subject immediately before the commencement of Part 3.
